Refund

    I requested a refund immediately after accidentally buying the wrong package. I have waited a full ten days and not got my money back. I really need this money and it’s not acceptable that I haven’t got £144 given back. How can this be sorted?

    I’ve reviewed the account and can see that we processed a full refund on 2019-07-24 . When experiencing delays it is best to follow up with your bank directly. They may hold on to the funds for 1-2 billing cycles. They will be the ones who can tell you when the funds will be released from them and in to your individual account. Typically this is only a ten day process.
