  I want to cancel my subscription. I thought I did this, however, see a new annual charge. I just requested this and asked for a refund. I was led to a site that in order to complete this request, I had to pay $1. I don’t want to do this. Please cancel and refund the amount. Thanks

  I can see that a full refund was processed for $96. Those funds have been released to your banking provider. Please follow up with them directly about any delays in you getting the funds released to your account. Normally this takes about 10 days.
