Refund!

Hello, I canceled my domain in September the 5th and still have not revived my refund of $117. When will I be expecting this? It mentioned 10 business days.

I checked an verified in our system that we indeed released the funds back to your bank – we processed it on 9/5. I would reach out to your bank regarding the refund. Sometimes they can see pending transactions on their end that you cannot see. Also, depending on the bank it could possible take a bit longer, but I would discuss with them if they see any incoming transactions.

The bank does not know. This is unacceptable and this is the main reason why I am leaving WordPress and going to Square space. If you are able to take my money out of my account immediately, there’s no reason why it is September 23rd & haven’t received my refund yet. It has been more than the 10 days you guys mentioned it will take to receive my refund. With other companies when I have requested a refund, I have received my refund within a few days and 12 day’s is out of control.

Hi, on our end it’s actually looking to me like the charge was reversed or voided, rather than actually refunded. So you wouldn’t see a refund, but the original charge will be gone as well. That often happens if you refund immediately after the charge: the charge never finalized with the bank and was just removed instead.
I’m just double checking with our payments team, but can you verify whether the original charge is currently showing with your bank?

I’ve confirmed with payments that this was reversed rather than refunded. Please check the current account to confirm the original charge is gone.
