Refund

    Hey, I was supposed to be refunded 90 dollars or so, but have only recieved 45, where is the rest?

    Hi there,

    I see you made two separate purchases of $48 each on 16 and 17 September respectively, and we refunded both on 17 September. You can see the receipts at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    You cancelled the second purchase just a little over an hour after you made it, so it’s possible you did that before the charge was actually finalised, in which case your bank might have just removed the entry from your statement instead of making a second one for the refund. Please double check with them on that.

    Else your bank could still be processing the second refund. But it was definitely issued on our end.
