  Hi there!

  I’ve noticed you have canceled your purchases but received only a partial refund.

  Since you were still inside of the refund window I have refunded the remaining amount.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  Hi there,

  Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference. You can see a receipt for the refund here:
