  Hi good day.
  I have asked for a refund for my purchase few minutes ago. But i checked, I have not been refunded yet.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Your refund has already been processed and you can check it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.

  The refund has already been processed on our end so, as I mentioned, the rest will depend entirely on your bank entity. It’s usually was faster than that, however, can take up to 10 days.

  Hi. It’s been like 7 days since I requested for refund. When is it really? Are you still gonna refund me?

  We refunded you on 15 October. You can see a receipt for that refund in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  But we have no control over how long your bank takes to return the money to your account with them once they receive the refund on their end. If you have not received it yet, please contact your bank directly, and provide the transaction ID in the refund receipt to them as a reference.

  Hey, I would like to follow up my refund. It’s been like almost a month now and the refund is still missing. I’ve been to the bank and I got nothing.

  Please read what @kokkieh wrote; your bank is the only one who can sort this out.

  @lernuhj The refund might have been processed as a reversal.

  This happens when the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge may simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

  Please check your bank statement or talk to your bank entity to learn more details about that.

  Not really. My account has been deducted immediately right after I clicked. I have been to the bank and said that they had not receive any sort of refunds for my account.

  Have you given your bank the transaction ID from the refund receipt? That comes directly from our payment processor who handled the refund, so the bank should be able to trace that back to the transaction.
