  Hi! I cancelled my subscription and filed a refund request on paypal. My site was then downgraded to free. When will I get my refund?

  Hi there,

  According to our logs you did not cancel your subscription. You filed a payment dispute at your bank. That is not the same thing as requesting a refund.

  When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy here:

  It looks like our payment processor has since closed the dispute, and in our favour, meaning the funds were not returned to you.

  I can process your refund now, but before I do, please confirm that you no longer want the domain, feminine-health.com. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  Once you confirm we can complete your refund. From there it will take about ten business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on processing times at your bank.
