I checked your account and this upgrade that was renewed is 35 days outside of the refund window – it was renewed 65 days ago. According to our refund policy, we can only issue a refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal:

Ok… Not to thrilled about that. Many factors of why I didn’t Know you guys having a policy for refund the busy schedule of life. The refund “Policy” is not so obvious to the customer, The way to initiate the domain cancellation is not the easiest to figure out. That is so absurd. Almost $200.00 down the drain. There’s no other way?

As staff-doublebassd mentioned, no refund can be issued past the 30 days after the purchase.
