Refund

    I have got an email confirmed about the refund from cancellation of the domain payment.But I still haven’t got any responses from the Bank so I would like to check if the process is being preceded precisely.

    We issued your refund on 11 November, and it was processed by our payment processor, yes.

    If it’s still not showing in your account by tomorrow, please contact your bank directly to enquire. The refund receipt you received includes a transaction ID from our payment processor which you can provide to your bank as a reference.
