Hello. I was charged $104.52. I did not make any purchase through WordPress. Please refund!

I am not seeing any current upgrades or purchases associated with the WordPress.com account you are posting from.
This can happen because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel/refund the upgrade.

Gotcha. So we have to restore the account to proceed. When the account was deleted we sent an email notification about that to you. It was delivered to the address that was associated with that user account.
Find that email and write back to us that you need the account restored for your refund.
Otherwise, you can use the blue,
contact uslink on the right hand side of the page at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/With out knowing the account or site involved we won’t be able to provide much more help from here.

I was able to locate the account which I THOUGHT was deleted and log in. I’ve had so sites on WordPress that I’ve lost track. But, I was able to request my refund.
