  Hi, I have cancelled account a few weeks ago and got confirmation from your agent that I will get a refund, but I still haven’t seen any payment on my account.

  Hi there!

  I can confirm that the refund of 168.00 PLN was issued on December 2nd.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead – this was probably the case here as the charge was refunded immediately after the purchase. Please contact your bank if you need more information about this.
