  hi i just refunded my account but the card i payed with no longer exist and i need the payment to be sent to the new card i added

  Any refund will be done to the same payment method you used when purchasing the subscription. If your card no longer exists, please reach out to your bank entity to learn more. This is, unfortunately, not something we can help you with.

  Hi there,

  The refund should automatically be routed to your new card. Please speak to your bank or card issuing institution to clarify how you will receive the refund. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
