Refund

    Hi. I signed up for wordpress Personal account and was charged $52.26, then I upgraded was charged $52.26 again. I decided it was not for me so I canceled the subscription within a day. I checked my account today and I was only refunded $34.26. When will I get the rest of my $70 refund?

    Hi,

    it looks like you’ve been refunded $52.26 for the Premium upgrade and $34.26 for Personal. The remaining $18 was the domain transfer. Since you have already closed the account and the transfer was canceled, I have refunded those $18 as well.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

    Please note that, in some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.

    Because you closed your account, you won’t be able to reply to this message – I’ll be closing this thread.
    In case you change your mind and want to reopen the account, you can reply to the account closure email within 30 days.
