  Hi there. I need to get a refund for the recent transaction which renewed my site. I have now deleted the domain so I don’t seem to be able to see it on the manage account section in order to ask for a refund

  Hi –

  I can see we just renewed the annual registration on collingwoodcollege.blog.

  The domain registration can be refunded. First, we just have to make sure that you don’t have any plans on using it again in the future? Once removed it could be impossible for you to regain ownership of it again in the future.

  We do not have plans to use it again. We use a different domain name on WordPress now.
