  I asked for the refund of premium plan amount and still didn’t get the money, how much more time will it take?

  A refund takes minimal 10 days. But some banks need more time.

  I see that the refund was processed on 1/13. As @staartmees mentioned, it can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
