  I do not intend to use my site this year therefore i would like a refund on my subscription charged this morning.

  Sure thing. I am happy to look in to that refund for you. The account that you’ve used here though has never made a purchase. Which site were you billed for?

  Please understand that once we cancel a domain it can be impossible for you to regain ownership of it again in the future. If there’s any chance you’d like to use that domain in the future we should talk about the options available.
