My account automatic renewal for hindudigitalenclave of india.org debit for Rs. 1260 and debit for WorldPress Premium for Rs 4200 (I never wanted this and never asked for this). is unauthorised by me. I was not informed also about the unauthorised debit. Hence please cancel my account and make the refund immediately.

Hi there,
All upgrades on WordPress.com have automatic renewal enabled by default. You agreed to that when you accepted our renewal policy during checkout when you made your purchase. However, you can disable that at any time from the Purchases page.
We offer a full refund on all upgrades and renewals if you contact us within 30 days, but in this case it appears that you also disputed the charge with your bank. When you dispute a charge you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we might still be able to refund you ourselves. Otherwise you will need to wait for our payment processor to complete their investigation before you can receive a refund, which could take eight to twelve weeks.
