  Hi,

  I want to delete my websites susannahjelm.com and hjelmconsulting.com. The usability of the website platform is not what I expected and I don’t want to upgrade. I have tried to use the customization and editing these two websites and I have tried out different themes but I can’t seem to get it the way I want it. And I don’t want to spend much time figuring it out.

  Can I have a refund?

  Did you take a look at https://wordpress.com/learn/ to get the best of the wordpress;com platform?
  I also see you never activated Domain mapping upgrade for both domains.

  I see that you have canceled both sites and I have issued you a full refund for both of them. You should see that refund in your bank statements in about 7-10 business days.
