    You have charged me even though i want to cancel for multiple receipts that make no sense, please provide my refund!

    Hi there, for what WPcom site or sites are you needing help with? The account you are posting from, which is 4 days old, doesn’t appear to have any WPcom sites. Let us know which sites are involved or log in to the correct WPcom account so we can help you further.

    Hi there!

    It seems that you have already closed your account and the charge for the Personal plan has already been refunded on February 22.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.

    Since you won’t be able to reply to this thread anymore, I’ll be closing it.
