    Hello, I have canceled my subscription and am supposed to receive a refund. However, the car that I used to make my initial purchase is different from the one that I have now. How can I make it so the information is updated so that I can receive my money? Thank you.

    We can only process the refund to the same payment method you used when purchasing the subscription.
    If your card was changed because it expired, you shouldn’t have any problems, however, I’d suggest that you get in touch with your bank entity, they should be able to advise better on that.
