An automatic payment was taken for my yearly subscription which I cancelled and a refund was issued.I have received the refund however it isn’t for the full amount taken. Why is this and how do I get the full refund back?

You are no longer eligible for a full refund because you canceled the upgrade ten days after the renewal. Domain registrations and renewals must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. You can learn more about our refund policy here:
