I purchased your services on the 18th Feb for £36, it wasn’t what I was looking for and requested a refund. The refund should have been repaid no later then the 28th of Feb, please can you update.

Hi there,
We processed the refund back to you on 2/28 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, you canceled the same day as you purchased the plan, so there might not have ever been a line statement on your account for that transaction, but rather a pending transaction that just disappeared.
