I can see we issued a refund on February 23. You can see a receipt for that refund here:

Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

I want my account closed and all my subscriptions refunded, I cancelled all my subscriptions before, I was surprised I got #43568.10 debited from my account today, please reverse it.

There were no new charges on your account as there are no active subscriptions. If you’re not sure about the recent charge, you can look it up at
https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.What you’ve seen might actually be the refund, however, you’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
