  Hello, I still haven’t received my refunds, my account was cancelled on Feb 18th and I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone

  @katerinaantoniou, the refund was likely processed as a reversal.

  This means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
  Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details.
