  Hi i canceled my subscription same day, and I was told i could be refunded. My bank showed the reimburse in my app, and today I was charged the $96 I need the refund please.

  I can see you’ve made a purchase on March 18th and canceled and obtained a refund on March 19. There were no new charges on your account. Could you please check the transaction ID of the charge in question?
