You are trying to refund me, but the credit card you have on file has expired. How do I provide the updated card details so you can process the refund?

Your refund was already processed on 3 April.
We can only make a refund back to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, so even if it hadn’t been processed already, we wouldn’t be able to send the refund to a different card.
Please contact your credit card company directly if you haven’t received the refund yet. They should be able to make sure the funds are returned to the correct card/account if the one originally used for the payment has since expired. You can give them the transaction ID appearing in the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ as a reference.
