  I want a refund. On my profile it says that there is no purchase history. But my bank statement says PayPal WordPress $48.00. This has to be a scam.

  This means the purchase is connected to another account of yours. You can check that billing at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought any upgrades from us. You have a site connected to this account via Jetpack – http://infomusicbiz.com/ – but you don’t have a paid Jetpack plan for that site either.

  What is the URL of the site for which you bought the upgrade? As @staartmees indicated above, that site would belong to a different username account.
