  I have contacted this company thru your chat service about my refund for the site “ BellaJames Productions. My name is James Hatcher the site owner. The site never came on line after following the instructions. Therefore I canceled the site the same day purchased. I was told that the site would canceled and a refund would be issued. That has not occurred. I would like my refund to avoid legal action. Plus after notifying your office numerous times there is still no response or actions taken to resolve this matter
