  I am still waiting for my refund for the following:
  – WordPress.com Blogger upgrade (£27)
  – .blog Domain Registration upgrade (£19.10)
  I received confirmation of both refunds on the 28th March. It is now 22nd April and I have yet to have a refund. May I please have an explanation?

  Hi there!

  Since you have canceled the same day of the purchase, the refund was likely processed as a reversal.

  This means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge would simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
