  Hello, on April 17th I requested a refund. Today April 24th I still don’t see it reflected on my credit card

  A refund can take up to 10 days but some banks need a lot more of time to process this.

  Hi @ramiroezequielalvarez, since you have canceled the same day as the purchase was made, the refund was likely processed as a reversal.

  This means that the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued. Please check if the original charge is still refelected on your statement.
