  How do I get to speak to someone? I have a query relating to a cancelled account. I can no longer log in therefore can’t access customer support. I’ve had to create a new account just to do this message !!

  That username has been deleted and purged and can no longer be restored. Under that account, it looks like the last subscription was refunded as well.

  Thanks. The refund hasn’t arrived- months later. I have checked the account it should have been credited to. How do I speak to someone about this?

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back to you on 1/14 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
