Refund

Not received my refund after 10 business days. Realised my card has expired now so might be the issue. How do I contact someone to discuss this?

Hi there, I see that someone has flagged this thread for Staff attention. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

Hi,
After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.
Please update payment details of your account:

The refund should automatically be routed to your new card. In the event there is no updated card, the bank should be able to issue you a check. Please speak to your financial institution to clarify how you will receive the refund.
Hope this helps.

Hi there,
An expired card shouldn’t be an issue – your bank/credit card company would know to return the funds to the correct card/account on their end so you still receive it. So this is likely just a processing delay on their end.
Please contact customer support at your bank directly to ask about this. You can give them the transaction ID from our payment processor that appears in the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ as a reference. If they ask for an ARN, let us know and we can send that to you via email.
