  Hi there, I purchased the business package on April 2, 2020. I then got a refund. I have not yet received my refund. During this time my debit card was on hold. I have allowed some time since then but still have yet to receive my refund. Is it possible to resend it or check the status of it so that i do receive it?

  Hi there, it’s normally 7-10 business days for a refund to appear but it can take longer for international transactions and up to 2 billing cycles if you paid by credit card. If you still don’t see it, please check with your bank or credit card company as well.
