    Hello –

    I can see that you disputed the charge with your bank. Once you’re able to remove that dispute we can process a refund. That’s the fastest way to get the funds returned.

    It’s best to call the bank and inquire about the dispute directly. Ask them to remove it so we can process your refund. Write back to us here once that has been done.
