  The account that you’re using here has never made any purchases with us. What you’re looking for has to be registered to a different user account.

  Do you know which site you paid for? Please share that information so we can get you pointed in the right direction for some help.

  Hi @carlosmaximianojr, it’s been a few weeks since your domain renewed, so this one is not eligible for a refund at this point. But we can prevent it from renewing again going forward.

  Will be using baleigeek.com with any other services?
