  Hi there, I purchased the business package on April 2, 2020. I then got a refund. I have not yet received my refund. During this time my debit card was on hold. I have allowed some time since then but still have yet to receive my refund. Is it possible to resend it or check the status of it so that i do receive it?

  Hi @ordazcapital, I can see the refund is complete on our end. It was sent in two parts, and each has an ARN associated with it for tracing, if needed.

  Can you first contact your bank to see if it’s stuck in routing? If they require the ARNs, please let us know and we’ll send them privately.
