  I requested for a refund which was supposed to be credited in my bank by now but it is due by 2 days.

  A refund can take up to 10 business days but some banks do need a lot more of time to process.

  Hi @sharanmourya, the refund was likely processed as a reversal.

  This means that the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

  Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details.

  The original charge is still there in my bank statement. What does that mean? Please clarify.

  Hmmm, so when it was processed as a reversal, it means the charge was cancelled before it was settled with your bank.

  Most banks will simply remove the original charge. If they have not yet, can you contact them directly? They should see it was voided from our end before it was settled.
