  Your question is a bit unclear. Are you saying that you have your credit card attached to your WordPress account and it has been charged and you are asking for a refund?

  Did you have any paid upgrades on your account?

  This forum format is really frustrating.

  I made this account last year and haven’t used it in months but I have just been charged for a full year.

  When in purchases – it says I have not made any purchases
  Billing history – Nothing
  My credit card isn’t even listed. So I don’t understand what is happening.

  I want to reverse this payment immediately and delete my card from this platform and cannot find anywhere to speak to someone directly.

  I need to resolve this ASAP!
