  I canceled my plan an hour after paying for it on the 10th of May and I have still not received my refund. I paid via PayPal and I have already contacted them and I was advised to rather come to you directly. Please help.

  Hi,

  After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  The refund was indeed sent, but it may have been processed as a reversal, meaning the original charge would have been removed rather than a separate credit posted.
