  Hi there. I paid for domain registration on 10 May but I immediately canceled my account about an hour later. I still have not received a refund. What can I do to get my money back? It’s been over two weeks now

  Hi there,

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
