  Hello, Why didn’t I get the refunds when I abided by your refund policies?

  Hi there,

  When did you apply for a refund?

  After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  Hi Zeina, I can see you were given three refunds and that they are all complete. Please contact your bank if you are not seeing those reflected on your account. If they need us to provide ARNs for reference, we can.
