  Hello, it’s been 10 days since i applied for my refund for domain and premium plan but i have not recieved the payment.

  A refund can take up to 10 business days. But some banks do need a lot more of time.

  Hi there,

  I can see we issued a refund on May 23rd. So, it’s been a little less than 10 business days. Please note that the refund may take longer to appear in your account if you are with a non-US bank.
