  Hi, I asked to cancel my subscription with you and was assured that I would receive a refund back to my PayPal, when will I see the refund?

  Good Morning –

  The problem is that the funds can’t be released because a dispute was filed from you, or your bank. That dispute needs to be cancelled before we can release the funds. Write back once you’ve contacted the bank about this and once they remove that dispute we can release the money for you.
