Hello, I have not received a refund of $60 into my account and it has been more then 5-11 working days. I have a receipt however no money has actually entered my account. Please refund me $60 or contact me on [contact info redacted]. Shelby Foley

If you don’t see the refund yet, that points to a processing issue with your bank – the funds left our control the moment our payment processor completed the refund and generated the transaction ID appearing on the refund receipt. From there it’s in your bank’s control how the refund is processed and returned to your account.
Please contact them directly to inquire about this. If they ask for an ARN number, let us know and we can email that to you.
