  I still have yet to receive my refund for my domain registration even though I got the other part of my refund already.

  Hi @jbalch325, we were able to process the first refund as a reversal. The second part of the refund, for the domain, was requested a few hours later and the charge had already processed.

  It’s still pending right now, but typically you’ll get the refund within 5-10 business days (and often sooner). Let us know if you need more help.
