Hi there, I am writing to enquire about my refund for purchase made and cancelled on May 17, 2020 after I realised I didn’t need a premium package to manage my website. I cancelled my package and spoke to a member of your team to check that It was cancelled and they confirmed that I would be credited back the amount I was charged. I have still not received this.
