Refund

    8 have been charged recently for WordPress website/ products and I still am showing payment due when I check. I deliberately did not complete any reminder for renewal as I wished this website to cease.

    I request a refund of payments taken from my account under Envato. It was not clear that auto renewal was on, or at least I did not see it.

    I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Envato indicates to me that you are referring to a self-hosted WordPress.org site which we have no connection with.
