  hi i was supposed to be refunded $326 for my wordpress website and I am just wondering when i will be receiving that. it has been over a week and a half now

  It takes at least 10 business days but some banks do need a lot more of time.

  Hi there,

  We processed the refunds back to you on 5/31 and 6/2 respectively – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. As @staartmees mentioned, I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
