I paid $96.00 for a premium access 27 this month and requested a refund of it 28 this month. Today, I contacted a local credit card’s company and they confirmed they haven’t received the refund request from you

Hi there,
We processed refunds for both your payments yesterday when you cancelled your upgrades. You can see receipts for those transactions, including transaction IDs from our payments processor, in your billing history page:

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, as mentioned above, and that depends on processing times at your bank over which we have no control.
