    Hello WordPress team,

    Hope you’re all doing well despite these crazy times.

    Quick question:
    A couple of minutes ago I purchased a theme for our WordPress site.
    However, I just noticed that if I upgrade to the business account this theme will be included.I would like to upgrade to the business account since we’ll be using this blog site as a promotion of the events we’ll be organizing for the arts & culture program.

    Would it be possible to get a refund so I can subscribe to the business plan?

    Hi there!

    It seems that you have already canceled that purchase and a refund has been issued.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
